Let's grow a new Arnold Together

steadfast advocate for Arnold

Meet Bill Moritz

At 67, I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to my candidacy for Mayor of Arnold. As a lifelong resident of Arnold, I have proudly served our community as a councilman for Ward 2 on the Arnold City Council for four terms. This includes two consecutive terms from April 2006 to 2013 and my current tenure, which began in April 2023 and will conclude in April 2025.

Throughout my service, I have always prioritized transparency and accountability. I promise to continue that as Mayor of Arnold.

Before retiring, I worked at Boeing for 41 years, taking on roles such as aircraft flight mechanic, manufacturing engineer, and production manager. My career also gave me the opportunity to work internationally, including assignments in Australia and Saudi Arabia. Before my time at Boeing, I served four years in the U.S. Air Force as a fighter aircraft maintainer in Germany and Texas.

I’m also a proud graduate of Fox High School’s class of 1975. My wife, Debbie, graduated from Lindbergh High School in 1980, and our two children are Fox High School alumni as well.

I’m ready to bring my leadership, dedication, and vision to the role of Mayor of Arnold. Together, we can build a safer, stronger, and more united community. I look forward to working with all of you to make our town the best it can be.
